An end-to-end prompt

When I say "triage", do:
1. List Sentry errors > 100 events in last 24h.
2. For each, search GitHub issues — link existing or create new.
3. Tag new ones with severity from Sentry impact.
4. Save a summary to Reports/triage-<date>.md.
