What is a credit?
A credit is a usage unit for Kition Cloud. Text and image requests consume credits according to the operation and current hosted pricing; a credit is not a guaranteed number of chats or images.
What happens when I run out?
Nothing breaks — buy a credit pack anytime, or wait for next month’s reset. You can also switch back to your own key.
Can I stay on Free forever?
Yes. The desktop workspace is free forever, and with your own key you can keep using AI without hosted credits.
Can I get a refund?
Contact Kition support with the purchase reference. Eligibility follows the current terms and the payment state recorded by Stripe.
Do I need my own AI key?
No. Trial and paid hosted credits work without one. You can also configure your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or compatible provider.
