License
The Kition desktop app is provided "as is". We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable license to use it on devices you own or are entitled to use. Reselling Kition as a competing product is not permitted.
Your data
You retain all rights to the contents of your vault. We claim no ownership over your notes, tables, or files.
Responsibility for AI calls
When you use the Kition agent to call an AI provider, the request and response happen between your machine and the provider. Accuracy of generated content is the provider’s domain; the effects of commands, file changes, and browser actions the agent triggers are your responsibility to review.
Disclaimer
We do our best to make Kition stable, secure, and pleasant to use, but no software is perfect. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Kition is not liable for indirect damages, data loss (back up!), or consequences of AI outputs.
Changes
These terms may change. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
Jurisdiction
Disputes will be resolved amicably where possible; otherwise in the courts of Kition’s registered jurisdiction.
