Updated 2026-10-02 By Kition Docs Verified against Kition 0.1.49 — published client source on 2026-10-02 ## Share content, adjust composition Size variants share the design layers while retaining their own positions. Text and style edits reach every size, but a good composition still needs review at each aspect ratio. A wide banner and a narrow story should not simply shrink the same arrangement. Choose the delivery destinations and their actual dimensions before making variants. Identify the headline, image focal point, supporting text, and required margins. Decide which layers should stay attached to an edge, centered, or scaled when the artboard changes. ## Build the variants 1. Open the editable master design and check its content. 2. Add the required poster, square, story, or landscape size variants. 3. Set layer constraints and adjust each variant’s positions for its dimensions. 4. Change a shared text or style value and inspect every size for wrapping, crop, and overlap. 5. Use Download all sizes, then open each exported file at its intended viewing size. ## Separate shared and local decisions Size variant behavior Decision Scope Text and style edits Shared across sizes Layer positions Independent layouts Edge, center, or scale constraints Guide adaptation to artboard dimensions Output review Required for each exported size ## Check the smallest output first At the smallest delivery size, verify that the main message can still be read and that the subject remains recognizable. If the supporting copy becomes too small, shorten it or use a different composition. Do not assume that a valid export is a readable asset. Keep the master .kidesign file and its referenced images with the project. Delivery images are snapshots and do not replace the editable variants. When a date or product name changes, update the shared text, inspect each layout again, and replace the affected delivery copies together. ## Version and sources This guide describes the published Kition 0.1.49 client. Connected actions also depend on the installed runtime and configured service.
