# AI workspace with an Agent that works on your files

Give an AI agent project context across documents, tables, whiteboards, images, designs, and workflows in the Kition desktop workspace.

Kition gives an AI agent a project containing editable work objects. A conversation can refer to the brief, records, assets, and process instead of ending with text to copy elsewhere. Keep the objective narrow enough to inspect, then turn useful outputs into saved project artifacts.

## Provide the working context

Open the relevant project and identify the source document, table, board, or design. State the intended outcome and the constraints that matter. Include enough evidence for the task while keeping unrelated private material out of the request.

## Inspect the work where it happens

Read document diffs, Whiteboard proposals, tool activity, and workflow run results. In 0.1.49, compatible runtimes also support design change previews. Review controls differ by operation; do not assume every action has the same approval or rollback behavior.

## Choose the model service for the task

Use a configured provider or Kition Cloud as appropriate. Text, image, and tool capabilities differ between services, and connected requests can consume provider usage or credits. A local workspace does not mean every AI request runs offline.

## Make repeatable work a visible workflow

After validating a small task, configure supported triggers and actions in the workflow editor. Test with a controlled input and inspect actual outputs and run history. A diagram or prompt alone does not install an integration or make a process execute.

## Start with one real task

1. Open the project and prepare the source artifacts.
2. Describe a bounded outcome with explicit constraints.
3. Follow the Agent work and inspect the applicable review controls.
4. Save the verified result and test any repeatable workflow separately.

## Version and service requirements

New capabilities are verified against the public 0.1.49 release. AI tasks need a configured model service; image generation and design proposals also depend on service or runtime capabilities. The desktop workspace is free; connected model usage can incur charges.
