# AI Office workspace for docs, tables, and design

Bring everyday office work into Kition: AI documents, structured tables, whiteboards, editable designs, and repeatable workflows.

An AI office workspace connects the written explanation, the records that track progress, and the assets a project needs to deliver. Kition is a desktop workspace for that work: keep a brief in a document, track review state in a table, map a process on a Whiteboard, and prepare campaign assets in Design Studio.

## Choose an artifact for each office task

Use a document for a proposal or report, a table for owners and status, a Whiteboard for relationships, and a design for a poster or social image. Linking these artifacts gives an Agent concrete inputs and makes its output easier to inspect.

## Take a campaign from brief to delivery

Write the audience, exact headline, and asset requirements in a document. Put deliverables in table records with owners and review status. Generate candidate images from the approved brief, then keep the exact headline editable in Design Studio. Inspect the final exports before sharing them.

## Reuse brand and layout decisions

Kition 0.1.49 adds workspace brand colors, fonts, and a logo; shared text styles; and multiple size variants. Prepare one editable composition, adjust its layout for each destination, and export PNG, JPEG, SVG, or desktop PDF. Runtime-compatible Agent design previews can be accepted or rejected.

## Understand office file boundaries

Kition works with its own document, table, board, and design sources. PDF, DOCX, CSV, and image exports serve different delivery needs; inspect each output with the destination application. This is not a claim of complete Microsoft Office replacement, Excel macro support, or lossless Office file compatibility.

## Start with one real task

1. Create a project brief with audience, output, and source material.
2. Create a table for deliverables, owners, and review status.
3. Prepare images and editable designs using the approved brief.
4. Review the artifacts, export delivery copies, and retain the workspace sources.

## Version and service requirements

New capabilities are verified against the public 0.1.49 release. AI tasks need a configured model service; image generation and design proposals also depend on service or runtime capabilities. The desktop workspace is free; connected model usage can incur charges.
